Looks better than anything I could make, but I have a bit of criticism.

1. His cloth's texture looks very weird for most of his body, definitely needs a resprite.
2. Can you make the cloak look less like a hand?
3. If you don't already do this, when making a sprite, think about what it would look like when animated. Make sure it would look good.

I'd beg to differ on the Talon items considering you get them post-skeletron, they have different effects (feathers instead of paralyzing lightning) and different design/color pallete, really the only similarity being that they both drop from bird bosses. The Thorium Mod also doesn't have any basilisk mount as far as I remember, and the mobs that do lap over each other are found in a wide variety of other mods, apperantly everyone seems to have the same idea to include flying crimslimes and hallowed slimes.

Well , the basilisk is an ennemy , but it has the exact same appearance , and for geode , well it does look kinda inspired from thorium , since geode was in those old versions of thorium , anyways , i'm not gonna blame you for this , this mods seems really good , i'm looking forward for more features ! :)

I've seen geode-esqe items in a lot of mods, and I'm reasonably sure that the basilisks are not exactly the same. If Sam or any other thorium devs ever had a problem with similar content, they've never confronted anyone about it, so I assume it's not an issue.

You know, I don't think I like this re-sprite. Doesn't feel... Terraria, I guess? Maybe try spriting it in a different form, instead of a walking humanoid giant. Also, he shouldn't be looking at the person, rather he should be looking at the player. Few, if any look at you personally. He's also a pretty ballerina, and I find that amusing. Also, moisturizer comment was funny. Ok, that's all, have a good one? I don't know.

I'd say it's the worst idea for modding , because there will be less originality in his future mods , we love new things don't we ? And no permissions means trouble too :)

Yoyo Overload was created specifically so that people could use some of the Spirit Mod yoyos early along with some unique ones, IIRC. I think that adding a tiny portion of a huge WIP mod to a smaller side-mod is a perfectly good idea so that people can get a taste of what your big mod will be doing and can build the "hype culture" up even more than just showing off screenshots or video would. Look at P.T. as an example of perfect creation of hype via a playable demonstration.
