Tips for the wall of flesh!

Hey guys! I have some tips for the Wall Of Flesh fight.

1. create a very long platform, as long as you want it, but I recommend about 5000 blocks, bear in mind, do this in the underworld.
2. make sure there are no obstructions in the way such as huge patches of ash blocks. If there are obstructions, either mine them, mine them to nothing, or mine them to the point where you can create a staircase.
3. Try using blocks such as ash, mud, dirt, or stone as your building blocks for the hell runway.
4. Find a voodoo demon, and kill it.
5. once you have a voodoo doll, go as close to the edge of the underworld as possible, you have to build the runway from the start to the end of the underworld. Mine 2 blocks, get those blocks in your hot bar, hover your cursor over it, and swiftly throw the voodoo doll into lava, swiftly seal the hole, the wall of flesh has awoken.
6. Weapons: I recommend if possible, to get the Night’s edge, this is if you want to do close quarters combat, I don’t recommend it though as I got my destroyed by the wall going up too close. Now, the bow you are going to want to get, is the molten fury. It is the strongest bow in pre hardmode and it will really help out in the fight as it does around 33 ranged damage. And if you are lucky and kill enough hell bats, get the cascade yo yo, it burns the target but a godly one deals a whopping 37 damage. Get the star cannon, and get at least 53 fallen stars, these will chew away at the WoF’s health very quickly, making him easier to kill.
7. Arrows: I find hellfire arrows super OP as they explode on impact dealing an extra whopping 30 damage.
8. Armour: FULL MOLTEN ARMOUR, NOTHING ELSE, NOT CACTUS, TIN, IRON, NO. MOLTEN IS WHAT YOU NEED. if you don’t have molten armour you will get your kicked by the wall.
9. Potions: I had a whole bunch of potions, but it’s it up to you what potions you want to use. I recommend At least a stack of normal healing potions, 2 thorns potions, pad Thai (this ups all your stats for 10 minutes), inferno potions (these create a ring of fire around you and kill enemies inside the zone) and regeneration potions.

10. Once the wall is dead, it will drop 100% of the time the pwnhammer, this allows you to break alters, which is required as it is the only way to get hardmode ores, good luck fighting off the Wraiths though.

now you are done, you can keep farming the wall of flesh loads of times as you wish with this simple guide.
