tModLoader TmodLoader Bug

I have this certain bug with the tmodloader v8.1.1
the installer isnt working and is saying that it doesnt know where to install it
i tried manual install, didn't work
the bug is supposedly:
System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'CSteamworks': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
at Steamworks.NativeMethods.SteamAPI_RestartAppIfNecessary(AppId_t unOwnAppID)
at Terraria.Social.Steam.CoreSocialModule.Initialize()
at Terraria.Social.SocialAPI.Initialize(Nullable`1 mode)
at Terraria.Program.LaunchGame(String[] args)
ive looked it up and all the other people who have had this problem have cracked the game, I have not.
Please help.

What version do you have and what system?
 
'CSteamworks is a file of terraria steam, you need reinstall terraria:

oF5QUuO.png


Or just use button repair of the steam , also. If the file do not pop, you have a very strange problem.
