Mobile Valid housing

Uhhh I know some of you guys already know this but imma ask something:

Are the rooms valid for the npcs to move in?

If yes please reply, if no, reply too and please explain why.

And yeah what are the housing specs you use?

They need to be each at least 6 tall by 10 wide, including the blocks that make up the doors and walls.

The area inside the house has to be 6x 10. The actual amount of blocks is 8x12 as this includes floor and roof and sides
