PC Very low fps

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop. Before reinstalling, I had 55-60 fps in Terraria in windowed mode. After reinstalling, it outputs up to 10 fps in the game in windowed mode. What happened? What should I do now?

Terraria: Steam version

Characteristics of my laptop:
CPU: Intel Core i5-7200U
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 940MX
RAM: 8 GB
