idk if im not seeing something thats causing this but at random times i can move freely in water

Some accessories allow you to move faster in water. Unequip everything and/or deactivate buff icons if you have potions active; that'll check if it really is a glitch or not. The imgur link you posted seems to be broken, at least for me.

you also seem to jump higher than normal without having any buffs or accessories that would give this effect

found out in the latest update tridents give you unrestricted movement in water

An easy mistake, seeing as its not actually an issue I'll go ahead and lock the thread.
