Technically most bosses are timed becuz they leave at sunrise or something.
Uh... plantera for mobile (freaking spikes balls take down nearly half ur health) and ur in a crowded space, twins for everything else.

I'd say the Duke fishron is one of the hardest bosses in the game, but most of the bosses are fairly easy, well in normal mode atleast.

I found Duke Fishron incredibly hard to kill… Because I fought it outside the ocean… So it was enraged and incredibly hard to kill xD

Lunatic cultist is a pain too, I had to fight him in pure melee for some Reason and he ket hovering higher and higher…
