What mod does Pedguin use to spawn 100 mobs?

If you don't know the terraria Youtuber, Pedguin uses a admin like mod which allows you to spawn a certain amount of mobs, anyone know what its called?
 
If you're talking about the one from his Invasion Playthrough that lets him change the spawnrates of enemies to 30x, that one is called Cheatsheet. It's available for tModloader.

If you're talking about the one he uses in his "NPCs vs. 100 bosses" series or "Players vs. 100 bosses" series, that one is indeed tShock.
