What's the best and cheapest server host for 3 people?

I want to play with my 2 other friends, we're currently using hamachi, and it SUCKS, lags so bad, it gets unplayable very often and I'm sick of it already. Are there any reliable server hosts that cost up to like 7-10$/month?

Well the lag is because you're using Hamachi, which I don't recommend at all.

Have you tried hosting through steam? No need to port forward if you use steam.

I'm guessing if you guys were using hamachi then port forwarding isn't an option via direct IP correct?
