Where did this box come from?

In the building with the clock on the roof, there is a green box sitting on the table in the middle of the room - what is that? Also, along the top border of that same room; anyone have a guess as to how they made that color differential? It's dynasty wall background painted brown, but there is no "deep brown" color option. If you look close enough, it's 'still' dynasty wall, just somehow darker?

Looks like a closed music box. There are two types of dynasty walls, so they may be affected by paint differently.

That music box is the Overworld one if I remember correctly.
