Expert also isn't on the Wii U version. That one came in 1.3 which Wii U never got. Normal is the only thing we have there.
UTC is one hour behind my timezone, which is GMT + 1, so OP is two hours ahead of my time if I'm not mistaken (So it's roughly 10PM for them as of this post)

I'm not sure which time zone you're in, but if my math is right OP is two hours ahead of me, so it'd be 11:38 PM as of typing this for them right now.
