PS4 Windy Weather Happens Too Often

I think I get the windy weather almost once in two/three Terraria days. It’s kinda annoying. I found an option in the settings called “Windy Environment”, but it doesn’t seem to turn it off. Is there any way to, like, reduce the amount of times the windy weather occurs?

If you’re in a Journey Mode world, you can control the weather. In a Classic Mode world you can’t though, just have to take the weather as it comes.

No, sorry a world cannot be converted midway through. You can create a new Journey Mode world though.
