What if wiring the chest makes it to throw away all the items in it?

It can create some funny moments with traps. For example, when you step on a pressure plate in a mine, a chest will open next to you and all items its contents will spill out. (imho) It can also be a guide to how wiring works.
Another idea: It would also be great if you could lock chests so they can't be opened. And when you hover over it, it doesn't appear next to the cursor. Then, by wiring it, you can make chest drop items. A dead man's chest would be perfect for this, as is currently has limited functionality.
Additionally, since the developers have made chests to collect items, similar to hoppers in Minecraft, it would be interesting to create a system where these chests could be used as dispensers. (Of course, assuming that the functionality of wiring chests has not already been implemented.)
This is just some examples, but imho with more content, more people can use it to create a lot of interesting things.

This already exists. The Chest Lock can be crafted with 2 Chains and 5 Bones.Another idea: It would also be great if you could lock chests so they can't be opened.
