hi guys, I beat the wall of flesh, and found and unbound the wizard, built him a house and his icon appeared in that house, but he won't move into it and has almost been killed. How do I get him to actually move in?

Could try save and exiting; usually spawns the NPC's in their dwellings upon load up, otherwise just leave your housing area for awhile and he should teleport there like any NPC.

Wait until night and then walk far away from the house until his icon appears on the map

Or will he respawn

No if you have unbound him he will respawn if there is an available house like every other NPC
