I've used a variety of yo-yo's and none of them seem to appear at all, There functional but you can't see them whatsoever.. I am playing on a legacy world.. Could that possibly be the problem?

It’s possible that things can be displaying differently in legacy worlds. Have you tried making a new world and seeing if the yo-yos show up? I’ve heard that projectiles and fishing lines are going invisible, could be the same thing for yo-yos. If you have a moment, it’d be great if you can add in your info to the official bug form. If you are wearing familiar clothes yo-yo’s seem to disappear. Take them off and wait till the devs fix the bug.
