If two Smash Mooks are on the field: ( I then proceed to use my Staff of Elements to infuse bolts of ice into the Smash Mooks. It's no good puncturing MORE wounds to a wounded warrior, lest it is made of salt water, making the pain unbearable. )
Else if the target of Nemean Lion's attack is still alive: ( I assist Nemean Lion's attack by casting Flamebolt using my Staff of Elements onto his Spell Book Sword. The pages unfold with flame, but the magical fire seems not to damage the book. )
Else if there is still smash mooks on the field: ( I use my Time of Staff to accelerate time in the Smash Mooks bubble, making the already critical Smash Mook suffer more by bleeding.)
Else I use my Warpmind Ironbark Staff to scan the minds of the Snipers and find out where they are. I then proceed to tell the teammates about where they are and let them shoot accurately.

Or, if complexity is to be avoided at all costs, could leave the details as lore, and have it be a relatively plain item.

I use my space stone to teleport behind the cover of the rifle mooks and smash their heads together, then I yell "HEY SMASHY MIC SMASHYFACE COME AND GET ME" and the 16 health smash mook runs through the barricades and he trips and skins his face, arms, chest, legs, and no longer has a shirt or a nose.
/null
I summoned it like 7-9 rounds ago

Is this a nullpost or not? I'm guessing not, since this has charges and an attack in this.

You deal 2 damage to each Elite Sniper and 4 damage to the Smash Mook! The Space Stone wasn't recent, so I won't give a bonus for it.

Regardless, the Smash Mook dies from tripping! It was on really low health...

I throw the modified pistol on the ground and stomp on it.
"ITS USELESS!!! BLEEPING USELESS!!!!." I then go on this crazy rant that does not even make any sense at all.

Alright then, you do that! I would say "you charge your charges", but you don't even have charges to charge!

I attempt to sneak up on the Mook Snipers and slice them to bits with my Lightsaber.

The Guardian Crystal will do as you command.

One of the Snipers manages to hide behind some cover, but the other isn't as fortunate! 4 damage dealt!

Syndicate Uplink (10/10)
--
The Syndicate Uplink is a device capable of summoning certain weapons and tools. However, there IS a limit.
The device starts with 20 telecrystals (TC). Every summon uses a certain amount of TC and an action. You cannot summon something if you do not have the requisite TC.
In addition, the device is limited to summoning items listed here. (Nuke strike team items are off limits.) They do not necessarily have the effects provided there (as that page is for a different game).
Exactly how they work is up to the GM to decide, but a suggested cost and effect will be provided.
TC can be provided by the GM for any reason desired.
At the end of a chapter, all items summoned by the Uplink permanently disappear (unless resummoned). There is no way to prevent this process. TC are not refunded.
If the uplink is too OP for a 10 charge, just let me know and I'll resume charging.

Toy Gun (3 TC)
A toy gun that fires foam darts. It is incapable of harming anyone.
Oh, did I mention that this one fires reusable riot-grade darts that are quite effective at incapacitation?

Toy Gun added! Items that guarantee a stun are pretty broken no matter how they compensate it, so I'll make it Paralyze its targets instead.

it says 'Eggs: 8'. that implies it has 8 eggs, not 2.
I take some wood, craft it to planks, craft That to sticks, and make a nest for the chicken to sit in.

That meter signifies how many eggs it has left to lay. The eggs that have been deposited are in one of the various inventories around the map!

You spend three Wood Logs to boost the Chicken's Egg production when out of combat!

I lightning bolt the mooks, then lighting bolt the mooks, then lighting bolt the mooks, then lighting bolt the mooks, then lighting bolt the mooks...
<null>

Problem: I'm not creative.
</null>

The only mooks out there are the Snipers and Smash Mooks- there's only one Smash Mook left, so you target the Snipers. One of them hides behind cover, but the other takes 2 damage!

It's really a skill that's developed over time. Start by describing your actions more in detail- for instance, if you say "I lightning bolt the Mooks", you could enhance that by saying "I call lightning bolts from my fingertips and zap the Smash Mooks with it". Again, you'll get better with practice.

After the rant I start thinking of creative ways to kill mooks even though i have none.
"Oh BLEEP it." I then kick an mook straight in the you-know-what.

The Smash Mooks are the only ones in kicking range, so you'll target them.

Actually, I don't know what. Would you target the face? The shin? The all-important appendix, if Mooks even have it? No matter. Your kick deals 4 damage!

The dead Argynth Spear Carrier comes back to life, on the brink of death. Their skull reforms enough for him to call for help!

Major Persecles takes note of this revival in awe.

Don't expect me to allow this kind of revival in the future, though!

[Accepting +1 from Sunnyau]

[Equipment note?]

I'm willing to rework it into something more reasonable, well, as reasonable as a weapon intended to be upgraded or modified as the game goes on can be?

The original intent was going to be crafting the add-ons for it as charges, but it might be better to go with something simpler, like a mini leveling system, or just a a skill usable every few turns?

An item can only be used once every round, so you can't use the Lightsaber. Regardless, you do attack the Sniper for 4 damage!

========[End-of-Turn Events]========

Major Persecles urges medics to attend to the injured soldiers, one of which sunnyau brought back from the dead! He pokes the Smash Mook that laid the (initially) fatal blow in the head with his trident for good measure.

The Argynth Scouts motion move to the outpost's left flank- it appears they've spotted something there. The Major takes their advice, replaces his injured men, and heads on to the left flank.

When you arrive there, the Scouts point out a location which they think might be some sort of terminal! If they (or, failing that, you) hack it, they might get some information which would be useful to tracking the Acolyte!

An immense melee detachment has mobilized to counter the Argynth threat- and it looks like a Mook Leader is buffing some of them! Some Armored Mooks and Powered Mooks are in it too! Thankfully, no Smash Mooks are in this battle.

Thankfully, ranged resistance seems to be (relatively) light. Some Mortar teams have set up shop here to counter the Wary Souls, but the only other ranged enemies are a smaller squad of ten Mooks with semi-automatics. Whether they're pistols or battle rifles, they all deal the same damage- game logic!

The Snipers appear to have mobilized as well- and two more have joined their ranks! They haven't fired a shot this turn!

========[Sidequest Events]========

The Mining Turtle keeps mining, producing 4 bits of Cobblestone!

The Furnaces burn more Tar to produce additional Iron Ingots!
The CHICKEN produces two more eggs!

23/30 Thanos
I tackle a scout and give it a shield that protects it for 1 rounds worth of damage.

@sunnyau: interesting idea... I'll leave it open by switching to Bolas.
I slice the lowest health Mook in twain with my lightsaber.

It's really a skill that's developed over time. Start by describing your actions more in detail- for instance, if you say "I lightning bolt the Mooks", you could enhance that by saying "I call lightning bolts from my fingertips and zap the Smash Mooks with it". Again, you'll get better with practice.
*sigh* You don't get it, do you?

[Equipment Note]
A simple leveling system, with a low cap, at a symbolic number, like three, five, or even the game's current chapter? Damage done to enemies would be tracked to fill a meter, with higher levels requiring more damage to reach. Each level other than the top one would add to some small, incremental buff, and a special attack of some sort would be used upon maxing out the gauge while already at maximum level, resetting back to the baseline.

The fine details of such a system are likely best left to your management, for the sake of balance.

"This should last the bulk of my stay here~"

[Attack]
Mythic gets right to charging through the Elite Pistol Mook's formation, seeking to knock one over.

None.

25/30 - Combat Servant. "All that hath been borne"
5/30 - Holy Relic? "Well, the city has plenty of humans, I guess they don't count, growing up with the common salt like everyone else does."

I leap into the midst of the sword Mooks, and then leap back out again, causing them to all crash and bump into each other, causing them to either lose a turn or stab each other.

Mana Crystal Charged. Unleash Charge:
The Crystal appear in my hands. They materialize as a ring. I put it on,try try the new powers.
Mana Crystal:
Permanent effect: Magic Attacks/Heals +1/2 hitpoint per attack round (i.e. Landing 1/2 more damage, even if it hit 3 targets-1/2 of the targets in the case receives +1 damage.)
Charged Effect:
Mana Load Equalizer (0/150) - Charges 2 charge per each point of magic damage, can be released into a magical attack/heal/entity.
When Mana Load Equalizer reaches 90% charge, it reaches overload mode. Overload will +2 any magical attacks done by the user, while stacking Brain Burns(For each turn the user unleash magical attack and the crystal is in overload mode, this effect does not pass. Each turn reduces the total number of brand otherwise. Magical attacks have a cumulative 7.5% per each instance of braim Burns to fail.) against the user and the effect will tick only if the Crystal is not in overload mode,or the user stop using magical attacks.
