COGNIZANCE is interrupted as the robot somehow manages to jump, escaping its loop and flying forward in a long arc before landing near the group with a loud thud.

It quickly gets to its feet and dashes at the group, firing a shotgun blast of small missiles from the device on its arm. (14)

(2) Fikitt is too busy staring at Fauxix to notice, so Brambol attempts to defend him (9) but is knocked backwards, somewhat injured, though this causes the second missile (15) to miss.
Fikitt still doesn't seem to care, and continues to stare at Fauxix.
