(14) While that doesn’t work fully, it’s still pretty effective. Swordsmachine MK2 stumbles back, and off of Cas.

(15) (12) The machine is able to predict this and fires its mobility thrusters to move backwards.. but due to its already falling nature, along with being somewhat hit by Brambol.. it lands on its back, and hard.

It slowly begins getting to its feet again. (-5 defense on the defensive rolls of the machine for the next post against each character.)
 
Brambol lifts up the gun-arm and attempts to yank it off. (17)
Fikitt is staring into space.
Fauxix is trying to find exposed circuitry to try and use it to take control.
 
Cas kicks at it while she’s still prone (4). She then quickly springs back up and puts some distance between herself and the machine.
 
Niyr sees what Brambol is doing, and flies down while the claws on his crystal arm grow and twist together, reforming the lance which he'd then try to drive into some sort of joint to make it easier for Brambol to tear off the arm. (11)

(12-5=7) And the lance somewhat pierced the shoulder joint of the machine, sparks flying.

The machine then swings its sword, unheated, at Niyr, but somewhat sloppily. (8)

(10-5=5) The arm is yanked a few inches, violently sparking at the shoulder, and causing the whole machine to shudder.

The shotgun barrel begins to prime to fire.

In the meantime, the machine violently yanks with its arm that’s being grabbed, attempting to throw Brambol off. (12)

Not much is exposed.. might just have to wait for Niyr to finish and try the damaged shoulder?

(8) He loses his grip, but isn't really thrown. He'd try to fly up to the shoulder and wrench the rest off from there. (13)

In the meantime, Fauxix would crawl up to the head and just bash itself into it repeatedly to see if it can do any damage. (7)
 
*Shizahr is not seen by Swordsmachine MK2, as he turns on the plasma edge of his sword, running up to it.*
*He slides past the machine quickly with his blade out hoping to hit it's legs. D20: 18.*

It still manages to hit Niyr before he can really get the lance out, snapping the end of it off with Niyr wincing in pain.
He then tries reforming what's left of the lance into a pair of large, hooked claws, which he'd then try to shove into the shoulder again before pulling. (...5)

(11) And Swordsmachine MK2 turns over to get to its feet shortly after Brambol grabs on, entirely removing any sort of solid grip he has on the shoulder. He is able to get a bit more of a yank in though.

(18) And the turning over would cause the little parasite.. thing.. to fall to the ground, dealing no real damage.

(13) The blade makes a moderately deep cut on each leg, but seems to still miss anything crucial.

The machine finally rises to its feet, it points its explosive shotgun arm down and fires point blank at the group below it. (12)

Its own shot does very little damage to itself, but it stumbles nonetheless, quickly recovering.

Its blade begins heating up along the edge..

No roll was given, so I'll say that (8) Brambol slips off after pulling one more time, but then would just still be hovering there in flight.

(16) Fauxix actually manages to land well and is able to dodge in time.

Fikitt is out of range.
In fact, he's still just staring at the same spot.
 
And so Niyr teleports back, and looks at his replacement arm.
...He seems to somewhat lose focus on the battle for a moment...
 
The machine then dashes backwards away from the group, as to have them all in view..

It then fired another spread of its shotgun at the same group, and then rushed in to make a low and wide slash with its sword at as many of them as he could (everyone but Niyr and Fikitt.)

(11) , (18) Fauxix dodges all with surprising grace.
(12) The shotgun misses Fikitt.
(12) (15 He's in the air) and everything misses Brambol as well.
 
*Shiz jumps as high as he can to dodge the blade with mostly success (D20: 15), and then fires his hook at the machine, but the grappling gun doesn't fire properly (D20: 2)*
