sometimes I think everyone is born with voices in their head and just grow out of it except for schizophrenics. like kids do the weirdest
which can only be reasonably explained by “the voices told me to do it.” Like a kid will do anything their ‘imaginary friends’ tell them to do. Like any normal adult would say “hmm yes. I should not drink bleach’ but kids think that it‘s a good idea because the voices told them to. I now am realizing that I just summed up curiosity.
something stupid I did as a kid:
About 5 years ago I liked a game called bendy and the ink machine. It was my favorite video game. In the game there’s writing on the walls like ‘dreams do come true’ and ‘who’s laughing now?’
anyways, I was on a school bus to a field trip in winter and the windows were fogged up. I’m sitting next to a teacher because I went to the bathroom and arrived on the bus late. I was staring out the window absent-mindedly and wrote ‘we’re all sinners down here’ about 5 minutes later the teacher saw the writing and the sheer look of horror on her face was apparent. That was a fun phone call home.
