Game Launcher should now work for GOG and Steam Terraria versions

Hey Eik,

I think I know the issue why no-one can install GL 3.1.2.4, it's because Steam sends a file that doesn't pass Steam's very own validation course. My guess is that they haven't updated their validation files. Dozens of people are getting the message that only 1 file is not valid [which is the Terraria.exe file]... upon a fresh install.
