    It seems really good! However, I think that maybe it should be dropped from the Lunar Boss like the SDMG. Making it Golem tier doesnt seem too hard to get.

    Act like you want a different item and it might give you the one you want. RNG has brain reading tricks so it knows exactly what you want and to not give you it. So, yeah. Think about a different item and you might get it a bat scepter. Also, I dont even use the

    bat scepter much. I prefer Megashark, Terra Blade, Horseman's Blade, and now the Sniper Rifle as well. I dont even use the bat scepter on the Pumpkin Moon. Might try though.
