The achievements you see ingame in the inventory follow a rough path of 'tiered' achievements that go up as you gain them; once you get the final one (which is beating Moon Lord) they will dissapear, as there are no more 'tiered' achievements to get. This list does not include every achievement...

Bee Larvae break when anything that can cut grass touches them; minions themselves will not trigger it, but if they happen to fire projectiles through it, they will. This is intended; the same happens if you happen to hit it any other way, even with more obscure things like hooks.

Uhh, not sure what you mean by 'developer tools'. The only time that could ever come up is if you're running on Linux or Mac in which case it's out of my hands, it's differences between 4.0 and 4.1+ versions of the .NET framework.
