    I had a dream where I got to see my dogs I've lost, and I got to hold the one that passed away yesterday.<3

    We laid our dog to rest today. He was in a lot of pain and very skinny, and we didn't want him to suffer.

    DB is Deutsche Bahn, Germany's railway operator
    MÁV is the original (local) name of Hungarian State Railways
    both railway companies are known for extreme delays and other issues

    We did bloodwork on our dog, and it turns out he's got stage 4 kidney disease. We have an appointment with the vet to talk about it in a couple days.

    I just want to finish silksong because I really like hollow knight and if I don't finish it it's gonna bug me until I do.
    And that doesn't change the fact that the game is unreasonably frustrating.

    Don't. Just don't do it. Games are supposed to be enjoyable and if you're not having that, just ditch it and maybe MAYBE return in a few years or so. But really, just ditch it. Silksong has no emotions it won't be sad. And I genuinely don't think it bugging you will negatively affect you more than the enragement of playing it.

    Silk hearts only work if you're almost out of silk, in which case you should be saving it to charge up a heal.

    Or, to use Silk Skills or Harpoon.
    Again, Harpoon is really damn good for mobility., and gives you back spent Silk if you hit something (which is very feasible due to how far it goes)

    I just finished act 2 and looked up how to get act 3, qnd it's so conplicated and annoying. Every5hing in this stupid game is a chore, everything is harder than it needs to be, and everything is annoying. The ENTIRE TIME I'vejust been running around either frustrated or lost and trying to figure out where the hell to go next. I have never had less fun in a game, and that includes elden ring. I can't believe these are the same people that made hollow knight.

    @Orchamut The original game wasn't even that hard outside of end game stuff and optional content. The difficulty scaling was very much more a linear incline rather than the U shape that Silksong has going on.

    Most people I've seen have said it starts off hard, becomes much easier when you get some of your key movement abilities and offense upgrades, and then goes back up in Act 3.

    I never really noticed personally, I felt like silksong was generally around the same difficulty for me throughout the whole game. Sure you get really strong in the midgame but it also throws stuff like the high halls arena, sands of karak, bilewater, courier's rashier, first sinner and lace 2 at you so it balances out in my opinion.

    I have a kind of desperate request. So in the new Minecraft versions, whenever you click, whatever you're holding(or your hand if it's out) will move down offscreen as if you scrolled away from it. This prevents you from seeing the animation. Can you please help me find a mod that fixes this?

    There's a mod that removes the attack cooldown, but items still scroll down whenever you click.

    Oh also, this scrolling happens whenever you mine a block or the stack size of what you're holding changes.

    If you can find a mod that fixes this, or even code one yourself, I would be IMMENSELY grateful, it's insanely annoying to me.

    I have officially given Silksong a "not recommended" review. Even Elden Ring didn't frustrate me this much. I just want the game to be over, I'm not enjoying it at all, and I'm beyond disappointed in it. I have never had less fun playing a game. I can't believe they thought it was worth releasing in this state. There literally aren't enough words in the english language to express how disappointed I am in this game. This was a bigger letdown than not liking Elden Ring. It was only $20 and I still feel ripped off. Don't play it. It's not worth it.

    I've unlocked all of those except rune rage, and I'll be sure to use them more. Cross Stitch is great though, helped me a ton with

    Silk spear will never match VS. It's SOO much slower it's insane. Unless it deals like twice the damage it's just not worth it. Other spells are better.

    oh man you're missing out on one of the best fights in Silksong
    First Sinner, the boss behind Rune Rage, is by far and away one of the best bosses into the entire game
    perfectly combines Widow and Grandmother Silk into a tense, chaotic, and incredibly fun boss fight
    all while the absolute BANGER theme of Widow plays
