    If they do indeed add a desert boss, I wonder if they'll do something that requires a sandstorm to be occurring, as well as if they'll go with the sandworm trope or something more interesting, like a sentient cactus monster of some sort. Maybe, Red being a fan of Final Fantasy, they'll pay homage to the Cactuar.

    I have an open question do you think the next update is/is one of the last updates? Was wondering everyones opinions

    As you are back on the forums, I would love to bring your attention to this small, but interesting change to the way the guide and clothier interact with their voodoo dolls.
    Players might find themselves in a situation where they would go to the guide to ask them about this doll that looks a lot like him. Currently, the guide does not have any special interaction, which seems very weird.
    I have proposed some unique dialogue for when you talk to him with the guide voodoo doll in your inventory or when equipped: NPCs & Enemies - Guide and clothier interactions with their voodoo dolls

    I would actually think it should be special condition for the witch doctor NPC. And I think then the witch doctor should dislike the guide and clothier

    Oh hey Red is back. I'd like to ask who added Sky Fracture to the game? Maybe its my bias towards the Fate series but it looks like a very downgraded Gate of Babylon.

    Just a small idea:

    There's been a few times where I play with a group of friends new to the game, so we play in classic mode. We usually wait for everyone to be on to take on "big" bosses, like Skeletron (sometimes), Wall of Flesh, and Moon Lord. Problem is, when you have like 5 players, these bosses die super fast, especially Wall of Flesh (it goes down in like.. 5-8 seconds).

    This waters down the experience for these new players a bit, so I was wondering if bosses could get scaled HP in classic? I know it's called Classic, but maybe make it an extra setting, or maybe only if players are within a close proximity? Thanks for making a great game!

    You have a good point. I am in fact a seasoned player. So I'd like to add that I never finished a run in classic, I got stuck in mechs because I refused to build an arena and kept dying. I eventually gave up and restarted from a new save in master mode (I was thirsting for eoc pet so hard). Yes, the first run I got past mechs and beated moonlord in was in master mode. I don't remember it being THAT awful either. In fact, I genuinely enjoyed the extra attacks the bossed recieved, specifically EoC. So my point is, newbie me would still stand by my side as he is the one that chose to do a master mode run without completing a classic one.

    I don't think it's necessary to scale the health of bosses in classic mode. I use this feature when I play PvP where it's every man for himself. In addition, the scaling of stats in expert and master mode is compensated by giving pouches to each participant in the battle, while the classic mode uses a slightly different approach: a fixed reward regardless of the number of players on the server, which I like. Yes, maybe a feature zoom switch would make sense, but to be honest, I wouldn't want there to be a lot of switches and the world setting would look like Don't Starve. Translated.

    @Redigit🌳 ...Stick incense, tired of these smelly jungle swamps, maybe we could add different flowers to make certain ones, different properties to the room that the incense is lit in, maybe one that keeps bad spirits away. I could totally see the witch doctor just having an incense in the room. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks for everything y'all do.

    Or he could add swamp mud and swamp water which gives you a slow debuff when walking on or swimming in it.

    You’d probably have to pay royalties for that. So I’d advise you to just use a very similar looking tree.

    By the way, I'm not asking for a collab or anything, I just asked if I could place a Terraria poster on a wall of my game.
    Terraria kind of did the same with recommending other games in the game title bar (play Terraria in windowed mode
    and you might see the game mentioning other games).

    In this case, it's a poster of the game that can be seen and interacted with by players who find it in-game.

    Just wanted to give a thank you for the cross over with core keeper. I heard about it because of that and I 100% the achievements last night.
    hello again! i have a suggestion, adding 2 new weapons for each pillar. The reason is if the stardust pillar is getting a third, why not the others as well? this could also be a great opportunity to rebalance/ redo some of them, because in practically every run, we go for the same weapons. Daybreak, Stardust Dragon, Nebula Blaze, And Vortex Beater.

    Rebalancing the existing ones
    we could make the Solar Eruption into a flail, and add some stat boosts , as well as making the Daybreak into a proper spear, or nerf the throwing speed/damage ; and so on for the existing weapons.

    for the new weapons, we can cater to the subclasses!
    for Solar, we add a Shortsword and Boomerang
    for Nebula, a Magic tome/gun and Staff,
    Stardust, that whip and a Sentry,
    and for Vortex, a Brand new Flamethrower and Darts

    so yea, new pillar weapons. random endgame content go :redspin:

    thanks for the ideas! the reasons why i choose these specific weapons was because either moonlord dropped a weapon of that type i didn’t add it, or if it was swords(so no rocket launcher/yo-yos ) . the reason why i didn’t do a broadsword was because we have a vast quantity already, so catering to short swords was preferable. shotguns i belive are in the same category as other guns. so it doesn’t quite make sense to have to gun type weapons. Thank you again for the suggestions however !

    yes, i am aware of that, but i am not willing to add 2 weapons that use the same ammo for the pillar weapons. adding more shotguns in general would be nice, but as a pillar weapon, it doesn’t make sense.
