Remember everyone reality shifts isn’t as the odd1sout video said how everyone thinks it is, you literally jump from one reality to another, and you still have your body.
But ummm I’m not allowed to reality shift unless it is a very urgent thing that someone I have to Perdue reality shift why am I not allowed to leave?

Also, there's so many insane loopholes that could be exploited if reality shifting were real. You could go a reality where time travel has been invented and just get the formula for how to make a time machine; same thing with any insane piece of technology that you could possibly imagine
