I would implant a traumatic experience involving butterflies so people suddenly become afraid of them.

But here is the secret thing, you import memories to every single living things so butterflies are now afraid of them selves

In all seriousness I would probably implant a memory of a pandemic we actually handled correctly so people would actually know what to do and be actually cautious because they already know they can do it.

i mean, i don't think a lack of knowledge is what caused this to spiral so out of control as much as a lack of giving a , for lack of a better word

i would implant a memory of a winter that actually behaved like a winter
