Gear Grinder : You just paid for a cog?

Nouu... I hvee no beer lefffftt... - drink 20 Ales
BOOM!!!!! - Place a explosiva, wire it and activate it.
Go home to your planet! - Beat the Martian Madness.
Caster of Shadows - Get the Shadowflame Hex Doll.
Hairstylist - buy every hair dye.
What do that mean? - Get a boss message like "You feel vibrations coming from deep below..."
Cursed! - Get 100 Cursed Flames
Golden danger! - Get 100 Ichor
Ying-Yang - get the Dao of Pow
Soul-collector - get every Soul in the game.
You are died... forever this time! - Be killed in HARDCORE.
I need new items. - be killed in Mediumcore
Safe... for now.. - stay in the house a hole night
 
Dead Man walking -Killing all zombie variations

I hope that's ketchup - Kill BOC with a Crimson weapon

To infinity and beyond- fly to the highest height in space and stay there for at least 3 seconds .

Better Run Dr.Bones - have Dr.Bones run into a boulder trap.

Need a light? - Ignite at least 15 enemies at once .

Home Alone - stay in your house with two zombies through a whole night.

Deadliest catch - Collect all fish types.

One shot One kill- 360 no scope a 10 sniper skeletons on the head ( must 1 shot them)
These are rather not hard Achievements but I hope there good enough for recommendation

i lived the unlivable - got hit by the dungeon guardian and lived

banner collator - have all the banners hanging up

it came from the sky! - kill a enemy with the starfury star

terrariacraft - get creeper costume

must be from terraria otherworld- get hit by a meteorite head

hey buddy die - join another player then kill them

pet that bites back - have a pet summon that can attack for you

sword of op - kill the wall of flesh with only a sword

is a fake!- kill a mimic, possessed armor, enchanted sword, cursed hammer, hoppin' jack, corrupt bunny, corrupt fish, corrupt penguin

gem finder- collect ruby, topaz, sapphire, diamond, emerald, amethyst

hardcore gamer- beaten the hard mode events and bosses

make it rain- have 900 platinum coins

terraria mod- use a mod in terraria

unkillable- have full golden hearts and full mania

your terrible person- kill a guide, clothier, bird, scorpion, bunny, duck, frog, snail, grasshopper, mouse, penguin, squirrel, worm

fashionable- have all clothing and armor on display to show off

reach to the sky- find a flying island

free falling- jump from the highs point you can go then fall down with lucky horseshoe/obsidian horseshoe

hell and back - when to hell and back to surface

dungeon slayer- kill the dungeon guardian

lava diving- use lava charm/lava waders to swim in lava for more than a mint

godly- walk on water and lava, honey

upgrade - add a modifier to anything

junk in the trash- put the junk you got from fishing into the trash can that is craft able not the trash can in your inventory

pro fisherman- got all types of fish

biome explorer- found all biomes

no more Christmas!- kill santa-NK1

monster slayer - beaten solar eclipse, pumpkin moon event

the thief - go to your friends map and steal a item from there chest

speed runner- try to kill all the boss's in one go

are we there yet?- use a hardy saddle

a good start- beaten hardcore mode boss

amazing trophy's- have all bosses trophy's

final Terraria- get the breaker blade

gotta catch them all- have all animals in a cage

elemental swords- get the muramasa, fiery greatsword, blade of grass, light's bane, frostbrand, bone sword,

the swords of true- get the true Excalibur, true night's edge

kingdomTerraria- get the keybrand

event swords- get the Christmas tree sword, the horseman's blade,

so very rich, who needs money?- use the coin gun with full stack Copper Coin, Silver Coin, Gold Coin, Platinum Coins

Terraria64- have the plumber's clothing set and the hero's clothing set

knock out- use the KO cannon

vampire slayer- use stake launcher on vampire

make a illegal gun- craft a sandgun

tag your it- shoot a water gun at another player

map maker- use the small, medium and large sizes map

rarest weapon in the whole game! - get the slime staff

where you at man?- use the GPS on a online map

money saver and earn- use discount card and lucky coin

see yeah- use the magic mirror when in hell when the wall of flesh is summoned

trick or treat- open up goodie bag

nice- open the Christmas gift on Christmas day

nighty- try to open the Christmas gift earlier then you suppose to

epic miner- get all the ores out of your world

extract- use the extractinator on silt

rainbow blood- kill a hallow enemy

unnatural ore- make hellstone bar, shroomite bar

natural growing ore- get cholorophyte ore

trespassing on the Temple- go inside lihzahrd temple (natural)

mummy's curse- go inside a desert pyramid (natural)

rainbow road- get the rainbow brick

meat blocks- get the meat grinder

crafting pro- get all crafting stations

one out of one hundred- saw a enemy get hit by a shooting star (naturally)

the Terraria blade- get terra blade

hybrid tools- make hamaxe, pickaxe Axe, drax, picksaw

majora's terraria- get all the boss masks

what dose the fox say?- get the fox costume

Xenoterraria- get the space creature costume

corruption take over- world 100% corruption

covered in piss- get attack by ichor sticker

crimson take over- world 100% crimson

hallow take over- world 100% hallow

underworld water- put out all hells fire with water

TerrariaEater- have all souls

the T team- meet the developers of Terraria

pay back sucks- get the developers armor then die because your not them

over achiever - finish all achievements

Deal With It: Wear sunglasses during Eclipse

Go forward, my minions!: Defeat a hardmode boss having highest amount of minions with only them.

Don't let them sparkle: Kill a vampire with Bladed Glove while wearing a wolf vanity set

Tsss...: Kill a humanoid enemy/npc(?) with explosives while wearing a Creeper set

- Build a house from only hell bricks in sky

- Enter Jungle Temple without opening the door (Possible without any hacks)

Kill it, kill it with fire: Kill 50 Black Recluses with flamethrower

-Use Love potion on another gender player during valentine

-Kill werewolf with vampire knives while wearing vampire set

Also, I went through a lot of pages and I think best achives mentioned by others are:

-Use bottled water to heal whilst drowning.
-Beat the dungeon guardian
-Find the enchanted sword.
-Kill wyvern without touching the ground.
-Use the bunny cannon to fire explosive bunnies to kill bunnies.
- Defeat Skeletron Prime without destroying any limbs
-Kill 100 enemies while riding a minecart
-Kill any boss with fireworks
- Achieve the maximum monster spawn rate possible.
-Experienced Solar Eclipse after Blood Moon or vice versa.
-Complete all angler's quests.

And please, don't make achives like "Play with Terraria developer". See "I'm the real Garry" achievement for Gmod - now it's impossible to get.

Foretaste: Kill a mimic before hardmode (to get this character can't have equipped any hardmode eq and total hp equal/less than 400)

Now I have it: Get at least one of every type of soul while wearing a Ginger Beard

What Game do you think this is?
In the guide's "crafting" (where you find out what you can craft with x material) area, put in diamonds.
 
With my achievement suggestions I went for a mix of fun, easy to get achievements mixed with some hard ones for people who use achievements for challenges.

I found all of these names and ideas really funny XD

Anyway some of the tooltips could be used as names for example "get over here" would work for getting an achievement for a grappling hook.
