PC 1.3 Achievement Suggestions!

I read a comment about classes and I thought of some more

True Wizard - Kill a boss with only magic
Gunslinger - Kill a boss with only guns
Robin Hood - Kill a boss with only bow and arrows
Warrior - Kill a boss with only melee weapons
Wingin it - Kill a boss with several type weapons
 
YEEEEEAAAAAAH SPEEDRUN: Kill any boss on the first night.
Darwin Award: Drown by putting a fishbowl on your head.
Starstorm: Cause 5 stars to fall within 1 second.
Rock band: Play a duet with The Axe.
Housing crisis: Cause 5 NPCs to lose their homes.
No kill like overkill: Deal over 1000 damage in a single hit.
Tank Trouble: Have over 100 total defense.
Ditto: Use the Magic Mirror 100 times.
$400k: Fire the Chain Gun continuously for 12 seconds.
Yrmir who?: Kill the Dungeon Guardian.
Boss rush: Kill 3 bosses in one minute.
Bloody awful: Have your world contain 50% Crimson.
Stabby stabby: Kill a boss with a Copper Shortsword.
Hero of Dirt: Use the Terra Blade while wearing the Hero's Clothes.
L33T H4XX0R: Obtain a piece of dev equipment.
Excavator: Destroy 1000 blocks in one minute.
High roller: Have 10 platinum coins on hand.
Gotta go fast: Travel 50 meters in a second.
Maggots!: Kill 1000 enemies with the Rocket Launcher.
RNG loves you: Obtain 10 rare drops (5% or less chance).
Just add ghost story: Roast a marshmallow.
It'sa me!: Wear a full set of Plumber's Clothes.
Alcoholic: Consume Ale/Sake 10 times.
Oh goodNess!: Kill 100 enemies with the Yo-Yo.
Close call: Kill a boss when your health is below 10%.
Cross animals: Obtain the Golden Fishing Pole.
Fish slapping dance!: Kill 100 enemies with a fish-based weapon.
634 Ken?: Swing a weapon 10 times in one second.
Terminating: Reveal Santa-NK1's true form.
2spooky: Summon the Pumpkin Moon.
You've been naughty: Summon the Frost Moon.
Where's my ocarina?!: Summon the Lunar Moon.
Icarus: Stay airborne for 30 seconds.
Aquaman: Stay underwater for 1 minute.
 
Deforestation: Chop down 1000 trees.
Children of the Stars: Collect 1000 fallen stars.
Im your new king: Kill 1000 slimes.
5 Star Hotel: Have all the NPC move in.
Just a breeze: Kill 5 Wyverns.
Squish Squash: Kill Pinky.
Oh hello there: Kill a Nymph.
Are you a real doctor? Kill Doctor Bones.
You shall not pass!: Kill a Rune Wizard.
Cookies and Milk: Have Santa move in.
Frosty why!?: Defeat the Frost Legion.
We need to go deeper!: Reach the Underworld.
We must keep going!: Mine 100000 blocks.
Into the Piggy Bank it goes!: Collect 1 Gold Coin.
College Savings: Collect 1 Platinum Coin.
Mobile ATM: Collect 30 Platinum Coins.
Why? Because i can: Delete a Hardmode world.
I may be bad, but i feel good: Turn the whole world into the corruption/crimson.
Feeling green: Turn the whole world into the purity.
New world order: Turn the whole world into the hallow.
360 No Scope: Kill any boss that is offscreen with the sniper rifle, without zooming in.
Blood bath: Survive a blood moon.
Carnage: Survive a solar eclipse
Hardcore: Beat every boss on hardcore mode.
MLG Player: Beat every boss in the game on expert mode.
MLG Incarnated: Beat every boss in the game on expert mode with a hardcore character.

Jack-o-Lantern - Unleash the Pumpkin Moon

The storm is over - Beat the Frost Moon
Jack-o-Slayer - Beat the Pumpkin Moon
 
I think you're jumping the gun - Kill the wall of flesh on the first night
World conqueror - Get 100 worlds to hardmode
Just die already! - Survive for 60 days straight (24 hours irl)
Time to change worlds - Play for 500 hours in one world!
Boss slayer - Have all boss trophies including King Slime and Queen Bee
Eat your fruit - Get full 500 life
Commitment - Play atleast once a day for a month
Amongst legends - Be on a server with any of the Relogic staff

Will update when I think of more :)

Curse of the Lost - Kill your first Nymph
Early Bird - Catch the Truffle Worm
Mission Control - Kill 500 Destroyer Probes
Halo Jump - Fall 1000 Blocks and survive
Van Helsing - Kill 1000 Vampires using the Stake Launcher
Death Dealer - Kill 1000 Werewolves using Silver Bullets
Snikt! - Kill 500 enemies using Shroomite Digging Claws
Bamf! - Teleport 5 times in 20 seconds
Home Sweet Home - Have all the NPCs move into homes
Hasta La Vista - Kill 500 enemies with lava
I'll Be Back - Die in lava
The Niño - Kill 1000 enemies using either the Razorblade Typhoon, the Tsunami, or the Tempest Staff

Jinx! - Kill 20 enemies at once using explosives

-Ca-ching! : Earn 1 platinum from the Lucky Coin's effect.
-Holiday sale: Save 1 platinum from the Discount Card effect.
(Both of these are accumulative. Not earn it all at once. Could change it to like 10 plat instead.)
-Headshot: Kill 3 enemies in a row, single shot each, with critical hits from the sniper rifle.
-Weak spot: Kill a hardmode boss with the last hit being dealt by a wooden sword.
(Could be changed to be a general weak pre-hardmode weapon.)
-Is this safe? : Take fall damage after using the rocket boots.
-Band aid: Heal less than 20% of your health with the nurse.
-Stitches: Heal between 20% and 50% of your health with the nurse.
-Minor surgery: Heal between 50% and 90% of your health with the nurse.
-Emergency Room: Heal over 90% of your health with the nurse.
(Percentages may vary)
 
  • YOU MONSTER!: Kill 1000 Bunnies
  • My legs ache: Run 100000000 Blocks Total (horizontally)
  • AAAAGHHH: Fall from sea level to the underworld without stopping
  • Broke: Spend 10 Platinum total
  • For JUSTICE! : Kill a paladin
  • PEW PEW: Obtain the laser machine-gun
Edit 1:
  • Newb: Get killed by a slime
  • What is that?: Obtain a zombie arm
  • Icarus: Obtain Wings
  • No more broken legs : Find a lucky horseshoe


I've been trying to come up with some interesting ones...I'll edit if I think of more

There could be:
One for each boss.
One for each event.
One for killing everyone on the list: Doctor Bones, Nymph, The Groom, Tim, Pinky, Rune Wizard + similar rare mobs.
One for completing 50 fishing quests.
One for obtaining a mount.
One for obtaining a pet.
One for Night's Edge.
One for Terra Blade.
One for each of the biome weapons (Piranha Gun, Scourge of the Corruptor, Vampire Knives, Rainbow Gun and Staff of the Frost Hydra) btw, there is no hardmode desert biome weapon.
One for Minishark.
One for Megashark.
One for Hallowed Armor.
One for getting Wings.
One for getting vanity set/costume.
One for getting an accessory.
One for getting 400 HP.
One for getting 500 HP.
One for maxing out mana.
One for surviving a fall (or something similar) with 1 HP.
One for killing every single Guide (All names).
 
Every boss should have its own achievement as well as a larger one for killing them all (some quirky message about the boss as the tittle, like for D.O.W have the name as split ends haha. . you're first blood moon. defeating the curse. unlocking hardmode/killing W.OF, you could do an achievement for it all haha would be the largest sense of completing everything

I hope you don't mind, but I'm gonna make big list here in this one post. I'll also be editing this a lot over a a few days if that's okay :p

My suggestion is that there be achievement medals/pictures to look at once the achievement is completed, and that they get and look better the more that same achievement is completed.
  • Full Medal Alchemist - Reward/Achievement for making all the potions.
    • Achievement picture looks like a Medal with a potion in the center of it.
    • FMA reference.
  • Disorder the Order - Defeat a Paladin
    • Achievement picture looks like a hammer.
  • Can't touch this - Defeat a paladin without getting hit by his hammer attacks.
    • Achievement picture looks like a spinning hammer.
    • MC Hammer reference
  • Seismic Salad - Defeat Plantera
    • Achievement picture looks like a Plantera parts in a bowl.
  • Blindsighted! - Defeat the Eye of Cthulhu.
    • Achievement picture shows an X marking out the Eye of Cthulhu
  • You'll shoot your eye out, Cthulhu - Defeat the Eye of Cthulhu with the Red Ryder
    • Achievement picture shows an X made of Red Ryders marking out EoC.
    • A Christmas Story reference.
  • Catastrophic Cataracts - Defeat the Twins
    • Achievement picture looks like two broken Twins monsters.
  • Snake Slayer - Defeat the Eater of Worlds
    • Achievement picture looks like the Eater of Worlds hitting itself.
    • Arcade game "Snake" reference.
  • Snake Slayer 2.0 - Defeat the Destroyer
    • Achievement picture looks like the Destroyer hitting itself and exploding.
    • Arcade game "Snake" reference.
  • Cranial Carnage - Defeat Skeletron.
    • Achievement picture looks like a dead Skeletron.
  • With just sticks and stones - Defeat Skeletron with just wooden/stone weapons.
    • Achievement looks like Skeletron above platforms and stone blocks
  • Chromatic Carnage - Defeat Skeletron Prime.
    • Achievement looks like a dead Skeletron Prime.
  • Terrarian Mortage Crisis - Destroy all occupied NPC houses at the same time
    • Achievement looks like a suddenly failing chart.
    • Reference to the Subprime Mortage Crisis.
  • Baby I'm back! - Have the guide you killed return after defeating the WoF.
    • Achievement looks like the Guide with sunglasses

Carving Pumpkins: Defeat Pumpking

Burning the Wood: Defeat Mourning wood.
