In stead of just dropping a Red Hat, he should have a chance to drop a Red Scarf or a Black Coat.

Thanks for this... though for the life of me, I can't seem to contemplate which character the lower right NPC is. Looks really ragged. .. but contemplative.

The Old Man. He's the guy who camps outside the Dungeon before you beat Skeletron.

If they were going to make it Cthulhu in the first place im sure they would pay more attention to detail in the fact that Cthulhu has tentacles (or at least more) on his face

But seriously, I really like the updated sprites. It makes them visually more appealing in terms of contrast when they walk next to each other.

I hope the Arms Dealer gets some attention, too. He doesn't provide much contrast between his hair, coat, and pants. Or perhaps, he's suppose to look a little 'shady'? =/
