Items A Meowmere mount?

Hello, thought I'd come back with another suggestion!

This one is a little more complicated than my first suggestion, but I would personally like to see a Meowmere mount to go with the weapon and the minecart.

The way you obtain it is fairly straight-forward; The Moon Lord would now have a 16.67% (1/6) chance to drop a new item called the "Space Poptart" along with everything else:

Space Poptart
Type: Mount summon
Use time: 20 (Very fast)
Tooltip: Summons a rideable meowmere mount
Rarity: Red
Research: 1 required

It would be dropped in any world difficulty as well.

Possible buff tooltips:
"brrrrrow" (same as the minecart)
"It's looking at the poptart in your hands with pleading eyes"
"Might be searching for its waffle cousin" (Tac Nayn reference)
"Not to be confused with its brother Poptart Cat" (Nyan Cat's original name)

I was going back and forth on the stats since it's also supposed to be obtainable in Classic Mode, but here's what I came up with:
The Meowmere mount can fly indefinitely, making it the 6th infinite flight mount alongside the UFO, the Drill, the Cute Fishron, the Witch's Broom and the Pirate Ship.
It also has fast acceleration and can reach 62 mph horizontally and diagonally, 56 mph vertically and 41 mph while walking.

This would make it:
-Faster than the UFO overall
-Faster than the Witch's Broom horizontally and vertically, but the same speed diagonally
-Faster than the unboosted Cute Fishron, but way slower than boosted Cute Fishron
-Faster than the Drill overall
-Faster than the Pirate Ship overall

(Idea by @random terraria fan) Alongside being faster than most other mounts, the Meowmere mount can also ram into enemies and deal 180 base summon damage! This number is 30 more than the Scutlix mount's lasers and 20 less than the Meowmere weapon, but can be boosted with Summoner gear.
(Idea by @Shilaila) It emits a rainbow trail while flying that is transparent at first, but will become opaque and deal 75% of the base damage (135) when the mount reaches full speed, which will be indicated by a little rainbow-colored explosion.

In-game, the trail would have around the width of the minecart's (screenshot by yours truly for comparison).

The mount is 4 tiles tall and moves slightly slower through liquids (since most household cats don't like water), so that the Witch's Broom and Cute Fishron still have their uses.

I tried my best to not make it the objective best infinite flight mount, but I think the Meowmere mount would make for a fun additional fast option in the endgame. It would also be a nice third Classic Mode option along with the UFO and the Drill, since the others are exclusive to higher difficulties.

As a final detail, yes, the mount makes a meow sound when being summoned and when reaching full speed while flying :D

That's about it for the idea - I'd like to know what you think!

Sure, let's replace the Meowmere Minecart. it has no purpose basically
I'm not entirely sure about that to be honest, I think they can both coexist :(

does this also mean it isn't water-compatible?
since UFO isn't, broom is, drill is, fishron even benefits from it, pirate ship logically would be (i've never gotten it so idk)
What I meant when I was writing that was the boost Fishron gets from water, I'd imagine it would be water-compatible and would just move slightly slower in it, since cats don't like water
I'll be sure to reword that part though, thanks for asking :)

I love this idea! I think, although, that instead of just walking, it should have a really long jump, meaning it like launches you extra far into the direction you're trying to go, similar to the slime mount, but more horozontal than vertical.

Post-Moon Lord mount is slower than early hardmode mount? I better use Cute Fishron since premechs and wait rain or pull bubbles with honey.

Fair enough :( It's available in Classic Mode too so I didn't really want it to be the objectively best mount
I think this is a really neat mount, and if the rainbow trail could damage enemies then that would probably make up for it not being water compatible.
That's a really good idea actually :D I'll consider it, maybe around slightly higher damage than the Scutlix mount?

Final update (for now) is here with more art! Now the mount can ram into enemies and deal summon damage, along with possible buff tooltips as an added bonus :D
If the damage is too much then I can always slightly nerf it, of course

As a quick sidenote - While I was using the minecart to get the screenshot here (featuring my For the Worthy summoner character), I noticed that it makes little rainbow particles while braking that aren't mentioned in the wiki. Neat
