Seeing this makes me wish there was a dragon version, though I feel like it's quite likely someone will make a texture pack for that.

In the meantime however, I guess someone will just have to make a Jurassic Park map.
Or maybe change the name to Terrassic Park? Sounds close enough to Triassic...

Because they'd need to negotiate with Nintendo to actually get Yoshi.

Besides, this looks more like a transformation (like Lilith's Necklace) than a regular mount -- you don't see a player avatar (potentially wearing the Plumber's Set) on the back of the dino; instead the player is the dino.
