100%+ crits are useless so that should be reworked. If a weapon has more than full crit chance then odd should be converted to damage if not making that a chance of double crit due to efforts of making that build. Also it will help for not rereforging accessories to menacing and always watching which chance will it be with some buffs. So except summoner you can always reforge all to menacing and not worrying about this.
 
I don't see why. You could just not go above 100% crit chance, and use your remaining modifiers/accessories for damage.

But what if you overshoot by like, 2%? Reforge that accessory to give 2% less? Having those extra few points go into damage would be nice instead of them being wasted.
 
Sounds like a fun way to make crit builds more viable.

I only have one doubt, are you referring to the extra % acting as a damage statistic, or whether it is increasing the critical damage increase (128% = 100% critical hit chance and x1.28 critical damage)
