Mobile All my data has been erased.

Since the new update, all my data has been erased. My character, my world which I spent days working on are now gone. I thought there was some sort of login or cloud storage with the mobile app? How can I retrieve my lost files?

Did you uninstall the app when updating?

I'm sorry there is no longer any automatic cloud login / backup in the Game anymore, we have exposed the files to allow players to copy / backup the files how they see fit.

If the characters are from 1.2 you should be able to re-download them from your Google Drive and place them in your old saves folder.
