Idk the quotes but my three favorites are Merchant (goated early game), Witch Doctor (summoner main), and Mechanic (makes goblin tinkerer cheaper)

Vampire Frog, Blade, Desert Tiger, and Flinx are probably my favorite. I wish Sanguine Staff was better to obtain SHEESH I hate dreadnautilus.

All of them were on 1.4.4, and the difficulties were Classic, Expert, Master, Journey (On Expert Enemy Difficulty) and I chose summoner because I looove summoner

I'd say aggressive because of how you need to like get up close and personal to specifically the bosses in order to take full advantage of whips

Checked wiki and I forgot deadly sphere and tempest staff, so it's actually 46

In my defense, deadly sphere is the most forgettable summon (more forgettable than the one piece summon) and I completely ignore duke in my playthroughs

Good but u missed 2 things.

1 the niche class of mounts doing summon dmg and 2 the 2 types of stacking is firecracker and tag stacking These effects are more apparent in mods. I'm impressed you answered the"best way to play the game " right! gud job you have earned a gold star

Not the OP, but get flinx staff and flinx fur coat (using abigail and/or leather whip), then kill hornets and man eaters safely with the flinxes (for man eaters, keep your distance, and for hornets, use blocks to prevent them from shooting you). Take it slow and you'll have snapthorn soon enough.
