Unicorns can use them, yea. Earth Ponies? Those just pick the three in the muzzle, though the only spears usable are going to be halberds. Pegasi? Either uses special horseshoes or wings for usage.

Just don't ask the latter two to use the bows.

No, advertising helps a lot. So does a quality of your commission. Keep in mind that you need to give a few samples for that.
