I use gimp and what is a single pixel

Yeah same. I don't understand how to upscale to 2x2 in gimp.

I suggest using Paint.net, Thats what I use since you can work on it as 1x1,then resize it to 200% which means its now 2 by 2 but what he means by that, Put your pencil To 2 pixels instead of one, Then again I dont use gimp so idk how that works on there

The blue version is blurred out for some reason,i have to see whats makin it blurred,I'll try to fix it tmmr when i get the time

If I want to create an ore do I have my pencil at scale one, draw my picture 8 wide and 8 tall then resize it to 200%

I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned this yet, but in terms of programs for pixel art I would recommend aesprite. It is a program made for the creation of pixel art, and can be used for sprite sheets etc if that is something you have any interest in. It is also free.

This was actually pretty useful, and I asked for some help from my friend aswell, so this is my first sprite:

Now the hard part - how do I make this sprite appear in the game?
As in, how do I integrate this into the game files to appear as a fully working gun in Terraria (because the original is cringy)
