Post in the appropriate sub-forum. Keep drilling down until you get to one where forum users (as opposed to mods/admins) post — the Released, Works-in-Progress, or General ___ Discussion sections.

Whenever I want to post on Player-Created Game Enhancements, it says "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here"

Hi there @BudieGamez, like Bethany mentioned, you need to choose one of the sub-sections first (Released, Works-In-Progress, or the General Discussion).

Here’s a screenshot that may help.

Also, I would suggest doing a search first as there may already be a thread for the topic you want to discuss. Search is in the top right.
