Not sure what to call it because Gambler's Dice is taken, my original idea for this:
An accessory that makes your random damage spread ludicrously high.
The RNG will pick a number from a set of integers between 50 and 200. The damage is multiplied by that percent. To prevent it being ridiculously biased toward the higher numbers, the numbers 50-100 will appear twice each in the set, so it's a 50/50 chance of you doing more damage or less damage. Luck would increase the bias towards the higher numbers.
