My first þought is Saitama from One-Punch Man.

Same. It's hard to not immediately think of the character that was made to be the ultimate OP character and hates that he can't find anyone that doesn't explode into gore in one punch.

This is a weird take for favorite OP character because their power is support role powers instead of strength and I don't think they're overpowered, but Anya and Bond from Spy x Family are worth mentioning. Anya can read minds and Bond can see the future, which would be very overpowered in a non-fantasy world in a story filled with spy work and espionage... if the powers weren't held back by the Anya being a 6 year old girl and Bond being a dog.
