Help with spriting?

I've managed to edit the files for the bunny sprite, after converting it to a .png. However, I find it impossible to convert the file back to .xnb. I tried many programs, and after about 4 hours, have turned up with nothing. Any help, or someone who convert it, would be appreciated!

I can't convert .pngs back into .xnbs. XNA Game Studio does not work for me, I would like something that works or someone who could teach me the process.
