It may appear that response wasn't being helpful, but the user is correct, there is not any dedicated music request mechanism set up on the forum.

Since this isn't something that has come up before, as far as I'm aware, I would suggest posting your request in the Art Request Megathread: http://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/art-request-megathread.4222/

First, please use words when responding to people and not reaction videos.

I'm not sure what part you don't get. If you want to request someone to make music for your mod, you can post that request in the thread I linked as there isn't a thread specifically for requesting music.

Another option which was mentioned to me by another moderator would be to look through the WaveBank threads in the modding section and see if any of those authors are accepting requests. This doesn't mean to rush in and bug any random author, but to first read the threads and see if the author is accepting requests and if they are then to post your request.

If any of this doesn't make sense to you, please be clear about which part you would like explained further.
