I think it's really good. It doesn't need much improvement.

... is that a spiral staircase in a 2d game? damn. don't think i can help you, as you don't seem to require any.

This is where I would stop building in a project, kudos to you. you could have inaccessible rooms behind the main ones with walls and actuated blocks so it doesn't feel so, tube shaped? like depth. you could add boreal wood platforms under overhanging roof. Also just any walls put behind the blocks in the roof that don't blend like:

otherwise excellent in my books!

This looks amazing! I love the fish
in some of the turning areas there's a few gaps, but other than this it looks amazing!

This guy hasn't been active in almost a year lmfao

Still though, this is amazing! Doesn't get much better than this.

It can certainly get better than this, though you're right that it's been over a year and any improvements I could suggest would be unhelpful for this specific build. I'm electing to provide some tips anyway.

Windows! I'm noticing a critical lack of windows, and the two I do see seem like they're just smacked there without much thought or effort put into integrating them into the rest of the house. Windows make a room feel so much larger and less cramped, and these houses certainly feel cramped to me.

Believability! How many people live in this house? How  does anyone live in this house? We can see where they eat, but where do they sleep? Where do spend their leisure time? Where do they use the bathroom? Attention to detail is important and Terraria has a million (give or take about 900,000) pieces of furniture precisely to answer these questions. Toilets, bathtubs, sinks, dressers, couches, clocks, bookcases... all of these pieces serve an important purposes, and the lack of, well, most of them in this build makes it very hard for me to believe that someone would (or even could) live here. The item frames and books are great though, and add a lot of life and believability to each room; I can imagine them being used to display the merchant's wares and keep track of sales and inventory.

These are a few screenshots of rooms from a massive building project I'm putting the finishing touches on as of writing this; I think they perfectly capture how attention to detail can really improve a build:

This is the Tinkerer's and Mechanic's apartment (they share a house, who could have guessed) to the left, and a community lounge to the right.

I should mention that this is modded, but 99% of the tiles I'm using are in vanilla. Most of the modded tiles are the placeable potions, modded paintings, and modded food decorations I'm using to spice things up. This is the Painter's and Tax Collector's apartments, with another communal area on the bottom left. I especially like painter's little art studio.

Building with this much attention to detail is time consuming and takes up tons of space, I will not hesitate to admit (the total size of this building is like, half of the Snowy biome), but it is so, so worth it.

I don't hate the original build, very far from it. I think the colors and the varied stone textures are quite nice, and the use of a Dynasty Bookcase as a window is so clever that I might need to steal it for myself for later. I do think there is a desperate need for more details though, but unfortunately the shape of this building is just not large enough to fit them. Working with what's there, though, I'd say the most reasonable and impactful changes are to replace the platform entrances with actual doors and to add windows to each room to make the place look a little less stuffy.
