Tommorow morning your going to Professor Bonsai's lab to get a starter pokemon, lucky for you where you live every type of pokemon lives from galar to kanto so you can choose any starter pokemon. You tell yourself that you better go to sleep so you can get up early and go to Professor's house
Rules:
1. You can only be a pokemon or a trainer or just a regular animal
2. Pokemon and animals can talk so if your a pokemon you can talk
3. No weapons
4. Yes this is a free roam rp so you can go anywhere
5. No character limit
6. You can only choose starter Pokemon for your first Pokemon
7. You can have a fAmily Pokemon

The islands waters
New legendary Pokemon: eclipse
Types: Galaxian( read more below), and dark
Moves: 10 star ray( shoots a galaxy looking ray that does lots of damage, but a high chance of missing ),
Dark burst bite( a might strong bite that weakens the other opponents attack),
Starburst( heals and increases eclipses defense),
Shattered moon( shoots a grey orb that always hits the oppents)
Eclipse is a pokemon that came from somewhere in the orbit, most about eclipse is unknown.
New type of pokemon: GALAXIAN, recently a meteorite landed in the middle of the ocean, when scientists went to investigate it, they saw that pokemon were living in it. Recently new pokemon have been seen around the Sakura islands (see more below) scientists call these pokemon Galaxian pokemon, there is still much to learn about about these pokemon because they are so new.
Strong against: leaf, water, fire
Weak against: fairy, poison
These pokemon are known for there energetic attitude making it harder to catch
Sakura islands
Around the main island (where all of you are) a lot of boats going to a newly discovered island opened up. The island is called the Sakura islands, it's called this because the only trees on these islands are cherry blossoms
. Plant and Galaxian are commonly found here. (Also possible to find Galaxian pokemon on the main island just more common on these islands) because of the cherry blossoms rare pokemon are more common on these islands making it a perfect spot for trainers. Getting to the islands cost 10 coins, and buying a house here cost 100 coins ( see more below).
mechanic: Houses
Houses can now be bought, houses on the main land are 50 coins, houses on the Sakura islands are 100 coins because of the rare pokemon. Houses let you sleep, cook, and have extra storage, you can also now own pets.

You can now officially catch gen 9 Pokemon in this rp if it ever comes alive
