Enchanted Swords aren't that rare now, however getting the Arkhalis depends on pure luck.

i never found one in 1.2 on a PC... only in the mobile version.

Found the Arkhalis on my first Expert World on freshly released 1.3, I streamed it and everyone came in and asked how I got that sword, was pretty amazing.
