PS4 Is crossplay available between pc and ps4? If so how is it done?

It is currently not possible between PC and PS4.
Re-Logic has said they will make an attempt to bring crossplay to all platforms in the future, but this is still awhile off and not 100% guaranteed to happen. The info about this announcement can be read here: Terraria State of the Game - January 2021
All platforms will need to reach the same version as PC (which is currently 1.4.3) After all currently supported platforms reach the same version, Re-Logic plans to make an attempt from there at an unknown point in time.
