bass statue nurse conected to teleporter and fishron wings if ur on normal shrimpy truffle for expert also enduance regen ironskin and life force potions

Get better wings - fishron's or empress' are ideal.
Upgrade your boots (though if you are using asphalt, boots aren't really needed)
Get master ninja gear, helps a lot with putting distance between you and the boss, especially on asphalt.

Setting up the honey pool like that is just going to block you from running. Use bubble blocks if you want to use honey. Can set your spawn in the nurse's house so you can teleport to her whenever you need (I personally hate nurse cheesing, but it is a valid strategy).

Am i able to win without fishron's or empress' wings?

I certainely recommend some defensive accessoires, Mage usually has little defense on their own, and lifesteal doesn't work well against Moon Lord.
Accessoires like Black Belt/Master Ninja Gear or Frozen Shield can already help a lot.

If you get hit a lot (Which isn't too unlikely with Moon Lord), then even the Cross Necklace/Star Veil may also help

I also recommend using buff potions, like Endurance, Life Force and Well Fed

Ensure all of your accessories and weapons have the best modifiers via the goblin tinkerer (you can check the best modifiers for each one on the wiki).

Place some bast statues, sunflowers, heart lanterns, Star in a bottle(s).

Also, maybe replace one of your less important accessories (maybe your boots since you're using asphalt) with an item that gives a lot of defense, such as the frozen shield.

If fishron/empress wings are unfeasible, you can opt for a hoverboard with spectre boots (because DOWN+direction while flying will give you a quick horizontal glide), so you can have quick mobility if you need to leave the gravel, as well as reduce the ramp-up time to get speed when you're back on it. You will need the autohammer from Truffle to make the shroomite bars for it.

Pft.
Get Cosmic Car Keys, and summon the mount.
Try to destroy its body parts as fast as possible while dodging the summoned eyes until heart opens.
Watch for whenever the eye on its head begins blinking, because that means it will use the beam of doom.

Once its heart opens, start moving away out of sight while firing at its direction in a vertical zigzag and it
will be dead.

The biggest issue regarding Moonlord is that it's so much that happens on screen and that you have to keep
and eye on that can get very disorienting.
