Items Make the crafting recipe for the Endless Quiver and Endless Musket Pouch be increased to 4000

Since 1.4.4, a majority of items have been able to be stacked up to 9999. But before that, they could only be stacked up to 999. Because of this, the Endless Quiver requires 3996 / 4 old stacks of wooden arrows and the Endless Musket Pouch requires 3996 / 4 old stacks of musket balls. Since this is reminiscent of older versions of Terraria, I think the recipes for the Endless Quiver and Endless Musket Puch should be changed to 4000 arrows / musket balls.
