I think in keeping with the theme of night bosses, this event should only trigger at night. This is particularly true since an eye enemy spawns and the mech bosses become ghosts. (Also Ghostly technology is one of the scariest horror concepts I know of, good show.) Additionally, since pirates, and goblins generally spawn during the day and solar eclipse is always day, something random at night would be appreciated. (I exclude moons since they are summoned and are wave fights.)

So, for spawn conditions:
- All three mech bosses must be defeated.
- Each night at 7:30pm has 1/30 chance to spawn, 1/50 if the world has already experienced one.
- Can extend into daytime if not completed at nights end.*
- Can be spawned regardless of player health, or alters/orbs broken. (Too many things can be manipulated this way.)

*Alternatively, it can be treated like a Blood Moon and simply last from dusk til dawn spawning enemies throughout.

I noticed three different mini/bosses. Remember that in an invasion setting bosses move the bar faster, it could be very possible that a player would not meet all three in a given invasion. Thats not to say reduce them, having all three is key to the theme. Just know that getting the player to fight one of each per invasion/night is unlikely.

Last, don't forget those all important banners... and since the ghosts are mini bosses like Mothron, they need one too.

May also want to add the craft/drop conditions for the Mechanical Core.

Its a great idea, if it does not make it into the main game, perhaps a mod.
