This has been suggested many, many times before. Generally you should look up what you're about to post to see if it's a common suggestion.

The Destroyer
This is would not be added, as the lore states that the mechanic had nit finished working on it.
Bring back Ocram and make him fit this role. Look at how he looks like when viewing the wiki. He has a brain and should be mechanical boss for brain of cthulhu.
Make the item that spawns the destroyer use worm food in its recipe and the recipe for the item that spawns Ocram to use the bloody spine. Replaces destroyer on regular crimson worlds.
For the mechdusa: Rename Ocram's Razor to Mechanical Razor. Require all 4 mechanical boss summoning items to craft this item. For the boss, add Ocram behind the skull of skeletron prime. The skull of skeletron prime must be defeated to see the brain of the whole boss ocram himself.

You know not what you ask. Not only is a mechanical brain unnecessary, Ocram is nigh-on impossible to bring back into the game.
