Xbox One My game won’t load

I turn on the game an I sign in to my xb1 account then the game starts to load up but once it gets to 18% it freezes. I’ve left it for quite a while and I still hasn’t loaded further. The background and sunflower saving icon keeps moving but loading doesn’t. I would really appreciate some help from the people who know about this stuff and how to fix it.
